Velvet body - 70% viscose 30% nylon
Lining/trim - 100% cotton

UK Standard - Once your order is received, it will be dispatched within 48 hours via Royal Mail Tracked, please expect your order within 2-3 days of order confirmation.
EU and International - Once your order is received, it will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Transit time for major European Cities will be approximately 3-5 working days.
Rest of World - Transit time for the rest of the world will be approximately 7-10 working days. More remote areas can take longer.
PLEASE NOTE ANY CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES WILL BE PAYABLE BY RECIPIENT ONCE GOODS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED IN DESTINATION COUNTRY.

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please follow the below steps:
1) Email info@villeavara.com with your return request and reason for return.
2) Return requests will be approved/denied within 2 business days (as per our returns policy)

Once the items have been received back, we will contact you to process the refund or exchange, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Our garments are very delicate and due to the embroidery and delicacy of the fabric we strongly recommend dry cleaning only. (Other instructions include but are not limited to: Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean).

Our embroidery is sometimes hand-machine embroidered and sometimes freehand embroidered so there will inevitably be slight differences from piece to piece, due to the nature of these time-honoured techniques.
